Getting started

To secure your device for MasterPass payments, the App will send one SMS. Your normal mobile network rates will apply. This will only happen once.
3. Setup your MasterPass account
Your MasterPass account will allow you to save contact and billing information securely on the MasterPass system.
4. Add your bank card to your MasterPass account
You can add credit, debit, or reloadable prepaid cards from MasterCard, Maestro and Visa.
5. You are now ready to shop on the website with MasterPass by MasterCard
How do I pay using MasterPass?
When
you’re ready to check out, simply choose to pay using MasterPass. We’ll then send you over to the MasterPass payment page.
If it’s your first time using MasterPass:
You will be asked to select your country of residence and language
Then you will be asked to select your wallet
MasterPass will present a code on screen. Use the MasterPass App on your smartphone to scan the code and authorise your payment.
Once payment has been authorised you will be returned to shiptu.co.za to receive your order confirmation.

Shipping and Delivery
You can track your package here. Simply enter your tracking number or order number. This can be found in your email OR on your account page when you click your order number.
It depends on what's on the order and where it's coming from. International deliveries typically take around 10 to 15 working days to reach its destination.
We will keep you updated on your order via SMS and Email. Note that you will have to choose this option at checkout.

Important: Please note that you are required to pay for the return fees, this can be deducted from your refund.
1. Log your exchange
Login to your Shiptu account and go to shiptu.myreturnscenter.com. Log your order number and enter your email. We'll be in touch soon.
2. Prepare the return parcel
Pack the product in its original packaging (if you still have it), and into a shipping box or other packaging to protect the products during transit.
Please include the reference number inside or on the outside of the parcel so that we can easily identify your return.
3. Return Package to Johannesburg Shiptu office.

Once your returned product has been validated by us your account will be credited.

If a product is not what you ordered or not as described, you can return it to us at no charge and all fees covered, provided that:

If your package is from outside of South Africa, the refund process can take up to 30 days to finish. If your shipment is delivered locally, expect the refund process to take 7 days to finish.
